customerservice@discountknivesandcutlery.com A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Discount Knives and Cutlery will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.  RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees:

Non-defective merchandise returned to Discount Knives and Cutlery for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 18% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original packaging and condition within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
